Sorry for the long story!!!Last saturday i bought a Speedy 35 in Damier Ebene. I was like really really thrilled to finally have that bag. I was so unsure about it, since Im a guy and the speedy is like a womens bag. But when i tried it, it felt kinda right and I thought i looked really cool with it :P I couldnt put the bag away and had it next to my bed and looked at it like every chance I got *fanboy* I was totally proud Then I started to notice that the leather patches to which the actual handles are attached to looked kinda uneven. You know how the lower part is supposed to just match the upper part? With mine the lower part would show, so you could see the suede coming out left and right to the upper part. This looked so cheap. Also the bags body looked kinda weird to me.The bag suddenly felt like a fake. Big urban myth of ppl returning fake bags you know? I thought, maybe I just got one of those!!!!Today I went to the store and asked them if this is normal. Because I actually really was thinking about if it was or not. They looked at it for a short while and then just replaced my Speedy with a new one!I was so happy everything went so smoothly (even though I think they considered me bringing back a fake LV for a moment)BUT: I feel like I gave away my baby...the new Speedy is perfect. Actually the handles look more delicate and richer and like everything about this bag is perfection (as it is supposed to be) but Im kinda missing my disfiguered baby :( there was something about that bag that I dont feel from the new one...I hope this story made sense to anyone I dont like replacing things I already grew fond of! I have the Hampstead MM and don't find it heavy at all! The only issue I have is that sometimes one of the straps falls off my shoulder. louis vuitton kalahari
