I personally don't care for the attention - good or bad. I in fact rarely notice people noticing my bags! Maybe I'm not very observant. But I don't blame anyone to stare at me. If you carry a bag that costs over 1000$, which is rent for half the ppl in this country, and many others who can't even imagine how many hungry stomachs could be fed with that kind of money, or how many sweaters could be bought to protect them from the cold...think about them before you judge them. I don't depend on anyone to buy my bags..no boyfriend, no mom/dad..I buy my bags with my own money, and am fortunate enough to be able to afford a luxury like that. I feel bad that someone stole from your Eva, but what do you expect?
